Silky Oak Chocolates and Cafe

Silky Oak Chocolates are a short and worthwhile detour from the Puketapu Loop. It’s an experience you deserve - exquisite handmade chocolates, gourmet products and a delightful café - the perfect place to rest and refresh. The café is well-stocked with fresh food, great coffee and the ‘extreme chocolate drink’ (it’s divine). Oh, you like chocolate!? You’re in the right place. Check out the Chocolate Shop, Chocolate Museum and The Pantry.

Silky Oak Chocolate Shop and Café are just 1.2k from the trail. From Redclyffe bridge (Tūtaekurī River), go along Waiohiki Road, past Waiohiki Marae and turn left into Links Rd/SH50.

Note: this is on road, Silky Oak is located at the end of the first straight on the right hand side. Please use caution crossing at the corner.
